Residential development · Spain

Space to live.
Room to thrive.

LIVEEN is a new residential developer in Spain. We are starting with homes for sale, shaped around everyday life, light, outdoor space and the place around them.

Two stepped contemporary apartment buildings with planted balconies rise above a landscaped garden and a winding path.

Why we exist

We exist to serve communities.

Spain needs more good homes, and that demand is structural. LIVEEN exists to help meet it. We aim to show what better development can look like: for the people who live in our homes, for the communities around them, and for the environment.

We always start with people, and with the everyday moments a home should make room for.

What guides us

People, communities, environment.

People

We start with how people actually live, then design the home around it, so that everyday life can feel easier, calmer and more comfortable: room to rest, to be together and to be on your own.

Communities

Housing should serve the place it joins. We design homes to fit their street and neighbourhood, so that people can feel at home there and the community benefits from it.

Environment

Our aim is to build with care for nature, so that residents live with green space close by and the choices we make for the environment are ones we can explain.

Our approach

Say it plainly. Build it properly.

We are clear about what we are doing and where we stand. We give our reasons, and we keep our aims separate from what has been proven.

Where

Spain's cities, and the north.

We look at Spain's main urban markets — Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga and Sevilla — and at the emerging and developing cities of the north: Bilbao, Santander and A Coruña.
